01Is there zero nicotine?
Yes. Every Noon pod is 0 mg nicotine. No nicotine, no tobacco, no synthetic nicotine. The pods contain propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin and natural flavoring, and that is all.
02Why are we counting puffs?
Because most people have no idea how much they actually vape. The number is usually higher than they would guess, and seeing it is the first thing that changes behavior.
Your device counts automatically, so there is nothing to log. Over a few days you start to see the pattern behind the habit: when cravings hit, how long they last, which parts of your day drive most of it. That is what you work with when you are ready to cut down.
03How many flavors?
Three to start: Watermelon Ice, Blue Razz Ice and Mint. Each one comes as a single pod or in multi packs, and you can mix flavors in a pack. More are in the works.
04How do I download the Noon app?
Scan the QR code on the back of your device package, or search for Noon in the App Store. Open the app, create an account, and turn on Bluetooth to pair your device. Pairing takes about thirty seconds, and your puff count starts syncing right away.
Noon is on iPhone first. Android is coming, and your device works on its own in the meantime, so your puff count is waiting for you when the app arrives.
05Can I share my data with a doctor?
Yes. You can export your puff history and craving patterns as a PDF from the Progress screen and send it to your doctor, or show it on your phone at a visit. Your data stays private unless you choose to share it, and nothing is sent to anyone automatically.
